We both strongly believe in the purpose of First Descents and wanted to do whatever we could in order to help such a great organization. These are all great kids who have been through a lot and deserve every opportunity. In honor of these kids and their fights against cancer, we pledge to complete each one of the following races during the 2010-2011 racing season:

1. Copper Gobbler 5K Snowshoe Race--November, 2010
2. Runnin' of the Green 7K--March, 2011
3. Barkin' Dog Duathlon--May 7, 2011
4. Bolder Boulder 10k--May 30, 2011
   
5. Elephant Rock 66 Mile Cycling Course--June 5, 2011
   
6. Tough Mudder 10 Mile Adventure Run--June 26, 2011
7. Adventure Xstream Adventure Race (trail running, mountain biking, kayaking, orienteering)-- July 9, 2011
   
8. Urban Assault Urban Adventure Cycling Race--July 24, 2011
9. Athleta Iron Girl Women's Triathlon--August 27, 2011
   

In addition, we've had the opportunity to team up with Hardcore Water, the newest hydration drink on the market. Hardcore Water pledges to support us through our series of events, and we pledge to complete each one of these races in honor of everyone out there who has struggled with their own fight against cancer.
